Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. Because we accept payment by international bank transfer, an order ships once the transfer has cleared into our account — usually the same day for UK transfers and 1–3 business days for international transfers.

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Standard shipping across the EU typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Express shipping, where selected, is prioritised for same-day handling and next-business-day dispatch on orders placed before 14:00 GMT.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

All products are shipped in discreet, insulated packaging suitable for temperature-sensitive research materials, with tracked dispatch.

The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country. Optional international shipping insurance is available at checkout to cover customs seizure, duties, loss, damage, and theft after delivery.
